All travel packages, hotel reservations, flights, and tour services are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and availability is verified.

Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:

  • More than 21 days before departure: Partial or full refund (subject to airline and hotel policies)

  • 14–21 days before departure: Up to 50% cancellation charge may apply

  • 7–13 days before departure: Up to 75% cancellation charge may apply

  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

Cancellation charges may vary depending on airline, hotel, and service provider terms.


2. Refund Processing (Travel Services)

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 working days

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method

  • Bank and transaction fees are non-refundable

  • Refund amounts depend on supplier policies


3. Changes and Rescheduling

Date changes, name changes, or itinerary modifications are subject to availability and supplier charges. Additional fees may apply.


4. Cancellations by Avi Travel & Tours

In rare cases where we are unable to provide the confirmed service due to operational issues, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered:

  • An alternative arrangement, or

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation


5. Souvenir Products – Returns and Refunds

Our website also offers souvenir and retail products. The following policies apply to physical items purchased online:

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The item is unused and in original packaging

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

6. Refunds for Souvenir Products
